Need advice on mobo

I am planning on building a gaming computer. I have decided on buying the Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 however I have no idea what mobo to use. I was looking on Tigerdirect and found this one http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=2768811&CatId=1533
that looked good to me, however i have no idea. I am willing to spend around $150 but i was told that you can get them for a lot cheaper than that.

Your board had only one PCI-E slot, as this one has 2 so you can get your game on even better. I didn't fully take a look at the one I posted as I was in a hurry, but its worth a look

since all the reviews say it works the best with Core 2 Duo. I also selected most of the other components that I *think* are compatible however I'm not sure, so if you would give me your thoughts on this build:

well i have but i am on a budget and the build i have is about exactly the amount of money i have to spend. but if it is dramatically better i will save up for another week and buy it. so give me your thoughts about quad core vs core 2 duo keeping in mind cost value.
