Need advice on whether safe to install a bittorent file after AVG has removed virus

A bittorent file has a virus but that virus file has been detected and removed by AVG. Is it OK/safe to install that file ?
 
Let's bet: If you cleaned the virus, the torrent application/program won't even install.
Well that's what happens to me usually.

Try installing it, if all the viruses are deleted, it should be safe.
Though you never know with such software, I usually delete the whole file if found a virus.
