Need Advice to buy a computer ASAP please

hi guys, please give me your advice on this computer. This store has a computer on sale because they built it for someone else and that guy didn't pick it up. Here's the specs :
- Intel i5 750 2.66 Ghz
- Asus P7P55D LE
- 4 Gb Kingston HyperX 1600Mhz CL9
- Seagate 1.5 TG 7200.12
- Power Color 5770 1Gb GDDR5
- Cooler Master CM 690 2 Basic Black
- Samsung 22x DVD writer
- Antec EA-650 Earth watts 650W PSU

The price is $ 859 before tax
And if i want to upgrade to i7 860 2.8Ghz, add $ 85 onto that.
Please let me know ASAP since they will only hold it for 2 hours.

I would not. If this is for games I would ask how much for a 5850, that would make a diff. As far as for the price what is the exchange rate today? I assume W7 OS?
