Need Advice

I've pretty much decided that I want something along the lines of a 7900 or 7950 video card. I don't game that much but when I do I want to be able to run it at top quality. I do a lot with video (watching and editing) so thats the justification for my budget (150-200 bucks) on a video card. This was the one I was thinking of but I'm open to any advice you guys have got because this is my first build so I don't know as much about this stuff as you guys. http://www.newegg.com/product/product.asp?item=N82E16814143090

I recommend an Evga

To be honest the manufacture makes very little difference. But Evga is apart from this in that it offers a step-up plan. Basically you can trade in The above card, within 90 days, and get full credit in buying a new card, regardless of whether the cards price fell or not. It's pretty handy, no?

The only reason I say this is because Dx10 is around the corner, and unless you have a DX10 card (and Vista) you won't be able to play them.
