Need advise on Video card

I have a 380watt Antec psu and would like to know what would be a good PCI-e card that this psu could handle.And would prefer a passively cooled card.I need this for the 37" Vizio I posted about earlier..I was gonna use my AGP based system but after research I think I probably need to use my newer computer with pci-e interface because I would like to get a GPU that will be able to play all the new formats like HD DVD and Blueray that will soon be the standard...Thanks to everyone for the help...

Probly going to have to upgrade the psu for any card that would handle 37"

Maybe the 9500GT or a 9400GT or the ATi equivalent. If you're not looking to play games, you don't need a whole lot.

Probably get a ATI 4550...
It enable 8 channel LPCM audio playback over HDMI.
