Need an Free email service that works with WLM

Hey guys.

Recently started using Windows Live Mail as my email client on my netbook to sort out all my incoming messages, make it easier to just file emails really.....

Problem is my Yahoo account is not a Plus account, I can read all incoming messages fine but am unable to send anything out as I'm not a subscriber!

Does anybody know of a free service that will let me recieve AND send emails using Windows Live Mail?

They give free POP/IMAP access.
