I have a Toshiba Satellite 1135-S1553 and the hard drive just died in it. The drive model is MK3021GAS. I am trying to find a newer, compatible drive that I can use that would fit the same slot. Is there a web site that lists drives that are compatible? Newegg.com has several Toshiba laptop drives that have more space than the one I'm replacing, but I want to make sure it will fit in the same slot.
The Toshiba web site links to a site that will sell me the original drive for $150! The ones on Newegg are $60. What a rip.
