had issues with hp though, so kinda scared, but all my pc stuff is hp so stick with hp?

I don't know what is inside from HP. But Seagate is the leading harddisk manufacture.

I think Hp use mostly Seagate drives in their systems anyway.

But yeah look into getting either Seagate or Western Digital.
