Need for speed: Most Wanted Problem

i'm having a problem with this game on pc, the problem is when ever i start it it well always start up with the Splash screen then crash on me

i have -
AMD 3700+
Gefore 6600 gt silentpipe2
asus A8n-sli-Premium

please help me

Is this the full retail game or a copy? Because i've heard of this problem when you try to play the game without the real legal cd.

nah its the real deal i brought it yesterday for a retailer EB
also its the black edition

i worked fine yesterday but now it does'nt want to load
