Need guidance for new Graphic card for HD Movies

My mother board is Intel D102GGC2. I am planning on buying a graphic card.
I need to watch HD movies.

Recommend me a good one which is having hardware accelerated video decoding.

should do the job, really i'd look into getting a new system, looked up that mobo and the supported processors it said where all pentium d or worse, you can get a big upgrade for like 3 or 400 on a prebuilt or build your own good one for like 400. Heck, a 4 or 500 buck laptop should kill that thing.

Does this card offload the CPU while playing HD movies.

Any current card will. Even medium cards from way back to the Geforce 7 series will.

That card will work fine for what you want.

Does the hardware automatically takeover the decoding process while opening a file, or do i need to set anything on the software other than installing the driver.
