need guidance

So I am new to the PC gaming community and am on a tight budget (like $9.50 an hour 25 hours a week) kind of budget and need some help with building a gaming PC
I found this for $139 on amazon and need an opinion

That PC wouldn't do you any favors. It'd be a waste since you'd really just have to upgrade every single component to play anything vaguely new.
 
Thanks a lot! Do you know anywhere to buy parts or a chassis that would do me some favors?
You'll end up spending $450+ to start to play AAA titles on low/medium settings.

We use PCpartpicker.com to compile parts lists.

Something like an AMD A10 would probably get you by until you get a better graphics card.
