Hi everybody!i need help with router problem or related with that.i have Internet with a speed 8 mbbit/s and the neighbor.he have TV program when he use it speed of Internet almost down to 0 and I cant use Internet in normal speed at least on a half,when I speak with him to use TV program less he do not listen me and ignore me and I dont want to quarrel with him for this and we pay for the Internet equally.i need your help that to find and configure program(s) which can put limit on other computers or disconnect them that connect to my wifi router,i want to teach him how feels in my condition.i have wifi router zyxel p 660w t1 v3,i tried a netlimiter and similar programs but in condition it is necessary that at both computer was established such program for success of my plan)),but i need program that can be controlled that events only from my computer and without installing that program to other computer,i can connect through cabel and i have routers program (im admin in this))), help me please with this problem, thanks in advance!

The router is YOUR connection. Your neighbors connection/router is his own and has little effect on you. Technically the connection is shared but his TV usage I'm sure has a very small, if any effect on your Internet.
Now if you meant something else by neighbor or you actually allow him to access your wireless well then that can have an effect. If you don't want him to use it then put a password on your wireless.
Simple answer? If you want to manage the connections on YOUR router then:
1) type the IP address of your router into a web browser
2) login
3) look around the settings for what you're looking for
If you don't see the functionality your looking for then your router isn't capable.

thank you for help,but i think i cant exactly write what i want to do and sorry about that.i tried the ip adress like you say but i cant find it before.and tv program belive me takes speed very well,i tried on-off it tousands times and it effect to the speed very much,and couse of this i want to stop that.about the password,we use wireless both i mean it ours not just mine,problem is that neibor use internet much more then i use (in speed in download and something else) and it wery unequal usege.i pay for internet same money and hi is too but he is use it much more then me,why i must use in low speed when internet speed is so high? that what i mean.thank you for answer!!The router is YOUR connection.
