I have an older lap which works fine for me until I got a bad worm on it. The Geek Squad fixed the problem which took 8 days, but now I can't use my Lexmark X7350 printer. My computer recognizes the device when I plug it in but trying to print an error comes up that the computer is not communicating with the printer. I don't have my install CD, well it's misplaced in over 100 boxes(just moved). I've changed my USB cord and still the same. I know the printer works, I fax all the time and make copies, just cannot printer from the computer. Any one with suggestions? Downloaded the driver again for Lex's website, same problem. At a lost.
