hey guys the quad dropped to 300 : ) im making my order asap around 12:00 -5:00 and i am getting this motherboard

will it overclock a quad core and can some one give me a link to good quality ram that can overclock alot and work with this board i was thinking of the ocz sli ram give me an opinion and will ballistic ram work with this motherboard idn i just want best quality gaming ram thats 100bucks for 2gb
