Need Help Best One?

hi guys i need help choosing a mother board, i was thinking along the lines of an Asus P5K series but cant really decide what would be best for my new system. price isnt really a big issue so im also open to other suggestions (im also looking for something with 6 usb's on the back) its for gaming mostly and it will be supporting the stuff in my sig, ignore the mother board haha.

i was thinking about the following

Asus P5K-Delux WIFI 775, CORE2EE, P35Chipset, 1333FSB, PCIEI6, AUDIO, GbLAN, ATX

Asus P5K Premium WIFI S775 QuadCore P35 FSB1333 2xPCIEx16 RAID 2xGbLAN 1384a ATX

Asus is not as good as it used to be, I will not use them.
I will choose Gigabyte or MSI instead.
So next question come to functions.
Do you need RAID?
Do you need 1394a?
Do you need crossfire?

i have the ASUS A8N32-SLI... i love asus... actually, i am looking at a PK5... its in front of me.... they look really, really nice... if i were you, i would choose the PK5

I have the Asus P5K Deluxe and it works great, i've had no problems with it.

might go the pk5 deluxe because of its memory ability that makes it better or some what aha
