need help buliding computer 1,000 budget

hey everybody this will be my first build i have a 1,000 dollars need everything i want a decent case intel dual core 2 gb of ram and nice video card and a least 320 gb hard drive and a decent hard drive any suggestion and also my budget could go by a few hundred need os to. thanks for the help
