need help buying a budget pc

hi guys! i'm new here! i need help. i'm in the market for a new pc, the thing is i'm on a budget so these are my choices which one of these would be best:

The MSI one seems to be a notebook set-up.
Get the HP one, it has more upgrade potential. However, get 2 GB RAM if you can.
 
Other then that fact that the MSI has more RAM, the HP seems better. Like daisy said, try for 2GB if you can, 1GB is low for vista.
