Need Help Buying New Computer

Money Range 100-700$

Yes i kno thats cheap but thats how much my parents said i can have D:

I looked around on NewEgg and found a couple of good computers pretty decent...Im looking for a good gaming computer not all that fancy just good....If building the computer wuld come out better...plz help me out picking the parts ^^

(basically im just asking for some ppl to give some suggestions)

Monitor doesnt hav to b included nor mouse or keyboard
Also i have a graphics card at home Nvidia GeForce 6200 256mb....If i culd get a better 1 that wuld b great

Well, building is usually a bit cheaper, and you pick exactly what you want, so you won't be spending money on things you don't need. What sort of activities will you be using the system for? Gaming, Office, multi-tasking, all of those? with a limit of $700, I'm not sure how good of a gaming system that will make, but for everyday tasks, it should be good.

a light gaming computer for like 300..with my price range i can get something better...im guessing ill go with buliding it ^^ just need helping picking out the parts
 
take the 300 dollar computer and change out the graphics card to a 7950gt and maybe up the cpu a bit and it wouldn't be too bad, im searching for a budget minded gaming oriented build and the 7950gt is an amazing solution compared to blowing >250 on just gfx
