Need Help Buying RAM

I am looking for the right RAM for my computer so i can bump it up to 2gb. Ive looked at the RAM 101 thread but then i noticed it was made 2 years ago . sooooooooo what kind of RAM am i looking for? I'm using the computer for gaming and I dont know alot about RAM. Im willing to spend about 100$ on a 1gb DDR2... stick or whatever you call them. Here is a link to my Motherboard

you cant use DDR2, you motherboard only supports DDR 184pin
