need help choosing a mobo

I'm stuck now, trying to decide which motherboard is the best for mid-range systems (80ish for the mobo). I think I have narrowed it to these three

Gigabyte EP35

Which of these will you guys recommend ? or is there are better mid-range mobo at the $80 ish price range?
 
Is the P43 chipset going to be petter than then P35? bacuse I heard the P43 is just a junior to te P45, so it can't be ask good?
