$39 - AMD Phenom II Dual-Core 560 Processor (HDZ560WFGMBOX)
$9 - ARCTIC Alpine 64 GT Cooler - 80mm fan

All the below parts are pretty much set in stone. I need help picking the above parts. I have $105 set aside for a video card and central processing unit. I only want an 80 Watt or lower processor. What is my best buy for a processor and video card. With the current money I have $57 left for a video card. Suggestions please?

What is the point of this build because it will NOT play any recently released games.. I'd look at an Nvidia 9000 series on the cheap end or some other used card on Craigslist

I'm not an expert by any means, but I got a Geforce 610 for ~$30 after rebate. I'm pleased with it, I don't normally do gaming but it will run my dual screens, and give me 60-100 FPS when playing some first person shooter games on fullscreen. It's also fanless, which could be a plus for you.

C4C, you make the assumption that this desktop computer will be for gaming. It is not. I am building a computer for someone for Internet access, word processing and maybe watching movies on it. (By the way, I already have a Windows 7 Installation disk for it.)

The following video card also looks decent:

XFX Radeon R7 240 R7-240A-CLF2 2GB 128-Bit DDR3 PCI Express 3.0 Low Profile Ready Video Card - $50 after rebate

Did you already buy the parts on the bottom portion, or do you have flexibility?

It looks like you started out with an insufficient budget, $57 will get you nowhere as far as GPU performance is concerned.

I made the assumption because of the large PSU and need for a dedicated graphics card.

GPU performance will be poor in that price range but it'll be fine for movie watching.
