Need help choosing between 3 towers

We need a new computer for surfing, online College courses, PP, Office, banking, youtube, hook up to our TV etc. and NO gaming. After buying new appliances at BB on BF we now have $200 BB bucks to spend so I've decided to buy vs build. Thanks to johnb35's much needed advice in my other thread I looked for a PC with the i5-44, 45 or 46 series processor and came up with 3 that falls within our budget. I clicked the 'compare' box for these 3 on BB's website but don't really know what the differences between them would actually mean. The first one says it's 2.4ghz where the others say 3.2ghz even though they're the same processor, which really confused me. Any direction would be greatly appreciated!

I would go for either the dell or the HP. The Acer has a slower rpm hdd compared to the other 2. The dell already has windows 10 compared to the HP that has windows 8.1. Upgrading has been a pita for some machines.
