Need help deciding on new motherboard

I need a little help choosing between these 2 motherboards, any help or opinions would be great...although i am really leaning towards the asrock extreme 4 or should i go toward a z68 board

You will get better support from either Asus or Gigabyte. So I would recommend the Asus board, if those are your only choices.

if you can suggest another board lmk, only thing is i need it to have at least 3 usb connections on the board itself not the rear connections and really don't want to spend over $220
