need help deciding

ok for my next up and coming build i cant choose between 2 cpus, so i need some help for you guys. Now money is a facture, so thats my main problem, now i can afford both, but it ill just take me a bit longer to get both things.

well let me know what you think. I was leaning toward the quad-core, but i read in some reviews its a pain to OC, so im back in the middle.

Wel, if you are worrying about the overclocking, i would definatly get the Black edition, 7750, You can probably get that thing to 3.3 or soo, and with that unlocked multiplier, it would be a better overall chioce for over clocking...
