Need help deleting!!

I am trying to delete all my hidden files,old files, that i have deleted al ready..i have to do it b4 my wife gets onto it..old pics::ld emails::ld websites..but i dont know hwere and how to look for them i have a BCWIPE ..but not sure how to do it...any help with thanks...

Hmm my question is what are you trying to hide from her... And if they are deleted or hidden does she know how to go back and recover hidden files or deleted files?
