Need help finding a monitor

Hey guys, not sure how ridiculous this request is, but we'll find out.

I need a computer monitor, that has a stand with adjustable height, and a rotating screen. Preferred 19-22", and i need this all under $250, if you have any good suggestions... Pleease post them here!

The HP model rotates 90 degrees, although you might have to check to see if the height can be adjusted.
