Need Help Finding A Video Card

To Whoever Can Help,

I am in the market for a video/graphics card. I have a couple of things I want it to do, such as: video capturing, gaming, and I want to output to my flat screen hd tv (for video editing and wathcing videos). I was looking at some hd cards, but i dont know how good they are for intense video capturing and gaming.

My price range is anywhere between $100 - $350.

If anyone has any suggestions I would be greatful.
 
HD 3850 an 3870 will do intence gaming am vid editing great i would recemend a ATI card for vid editing ATI cards have better pic than nvidia.
the card i would chose is the HD3870 with more ram speed than any single vid card aceped the duel core vid cards its ram runs DDR4 2400MHz thats good for vid editing
 
I 2nd that. the 3870 is a nice card. ATI cards, in my experience do seem to have better video quality, and that goes over to the HD tv as well.
