Need help finding the right file sharing website.

I need a file sharing website that will let me upload a file a little over 100mb (under 150mb) and share it with people. But I need it to be password protected, where someone would have to type a password to access the download, and I need the password to be different for each person downloading it. But I need to know that password to give to the person in an email so they can download it, but I don't want someone else to be able to use the same password. I guess the file sharing website will generate the one time use passwords for me to give to people to download the file.

What are my options? Thanks! :)
 
FTP server. It can be temporary. Say 24hrs, and directed to your directory's you want them to have access to. You can assign a password and its done. They just need a client mostly. you will have to open a few ports though. not a biggy.
 
Thanks for the reply. But I'm looking for a more simple way. Something easy for lets say, elderly people. Haha. Sorry. Is there any file sharing service that lets me do this?
 
Why don't you just put the files in a .zip or .rar and put a password on it, and then upload it to a site like megaupload, rapidshare, mediafire, etc.
Really simple.
