Need help fixing spyware!!!

I will start with a HJTHIS log. I beleive I cannot run malwarebytes due to whatever is currently hijacking my computer.

If neccessary I can run superantispyware

and I havent run combofix yet but I will if you advise me to do so.

What happens when you try to run malwarebytes? If you can't get malwarebytes to run, try in safe mode as well, then you should download and run combofix.

Ok. I know about ANti vir, but superantispyware wont detect it. Ill try running a malwarebytes scan in safe mode.

Ok. So right now, even in safe mode Malwarebytes will not work I get

RUNTIME ERROR 404 message or something like that. Im no expert but I think that the fake antivirus is blocking malwarebytes for obvious reasons (feel free to correct me)

What Ill do at this point is run combofix on the computer, and post the log report along with a fresh HJT report and then follow further instructions. Thanks so far John.

just wanted to add something quick,
you have alot of junk loading which you really dont need

windows live toolbar
avg toolbar
dvd wizard update
SCardSvr.exe
BrowserDefender

there are a ton more useless strings that run and slow your system down, i see this all the time when people post their logs, every one of these strings that load slows ones system down by a %, anyhow just a quick pointer
