Need help for picking a new Graphic card

I need a new Graphic card to keep my computer alive for a few more years.
I am looking for a graphic card that costs around 120 USD. (The budget can stretch)
My computer
- Gainward GeForce GTS250 1 GB PhysX CUDA
- ASUS P7H55-M PRO H55
- Intel Core i5-750 2,66 GHz
- Silver Power SP-SS500 500W PSU ATX 12V V2.2, 80 Plus, Standard, 1x 6pin
- Kingston ValueR DDR3 1333MHz 2x 2GB
- Western Digital Caviar SE16 500 GB SATA2 16MB 7200RPM
- CM Storm Scout Midi Tower

What resolution are you gaming at?

This would be better since it's the TI version.

Also Zotac isn't the greatest manufacturer.

Yeah they're not horrible but not my first choice. I'm speaking more in terms of customer support and rebates (I hear they're really bad about rebates).
