need help hiding ip info

i want to know how to hide my provate ip address and also i think i have a problem with commands like "ipconfig /all" and "netstats" when i run the commands it only shows up for a split second then closes?

because you are typing the command in the run bar.

startt>run>cmd

then do it and the screen will not close


hide your ip with hide ip program but i prefer using vtunnel rather than hiding it for all sites.
