well, hopefully your mobo has a slot, so unplug your computer, open it, take out the old video card (unless there isn't one) and just plug the new one into the slot. the PCI-E slot should be the longest slot in on your mobo.

The two long red slots on the image above are PCI express slots. Open up one of the available slots from your case by removing screw and metal shield. Then your card should just slide down into the slots on your MOBO - like adding RAM. When you want to remove - there's usually a lever or some locking mechanism that needs to be depressed to release the back portion of the slot. Use the screw you removed from your case slots to secure the card into your PC case.

Many cards need a dedicated power supply cable - can be from a PCI-e power cable from your PSU or from an adaptor. My video card came with an adaptor to use 2 Molex cables - in case the PSU didn't have a PCI-e connector on it.

Follow the directions in the manual - it's pretty simple stuff.

don't forget to plug it to the power.

I'm pretty sure that the 9500GT doesn't require direct power from the PSU. Which would make this even simpler. Just make sure you download the drivers from NVidia's website before you physically install the card. It should just be a plug and play deal, of course with a driver install required.

Thanks for the reply guys im getting the graphics card delivered in 2 days so going to give it bash.

Again many thanks to you all, what a great bunch lol
