looks okay to me. it doesn't look like a good processor but i could be wrong. also 40gb isn't a good hardrive since most games take up 1gb or greater. you'll probably fill it up in no time.
 
The CPU and Hard Drive are old, and arent the best performers for today's games. It will work, but it's a severe bottleneck on your 6600GT.
