Need help making dvd backups

I'm trying to use NERO 7 ultra to make some back ups of some of my dvd's, I'm new to NERO and I'm having some trouble trying to figure out how to do this, I want to fit the movies on to a 4.7G dvd I don't need all the special features and what not, so I guess I need to edit them out but I also can't figure that out so if anyone can help me that will be great.

Illegal. Why? Because you have to get passed the security placed on the DVDs in order to make "back-up" copies.
