need help on booting Please

Hi i have the mother GA-81945PLGE-RH(gigabyte)

I need help on what i need to do to boot from cd/dvd.
When i put my cd/dvd in it says "press any key to continue" but when i press any button, it just continues on loading windows normally.

Do i need to change anything in my bios settings.

and yes i am doing a fresh install, i'm installing windows vista ultimate.

Where do you find usb legacy?
 
Hey thanks tyttebøvs i formatted using windows vista.

I have another problem with my GA-81945PLGE-RH, everytime i turn of my computer it always turns on again? why? i tried formatting but still restarts.

Faulty power supply, sticky/stuck power button, or you enabled auto-on on the BIOS (where you can set the date nad stuff when you want it on)
