Need help on buying a new computer.

Hey guys.

I need to buy a new computer, and I'll be honest. I don't have alot of cash to spend on it. Basically, I want it to for photoshop and World of Warcraft. If it can play Doom 3, then rock on

Here is one I was looking at getting. Just wondering if I could get some feedback as to if this computer sucks, and is a waste of my time and money, or the complete opposite.

Forgot to add, that I have a great video card to put in there, and I'll be buying a gig stick of ram to toss in that as well.
