Need help on buying the right PC parts.

I want to build a gaming PC for about or less then $400. Now I have a ideal on what parts i'm gonna use ,but still would like some advice on it.

GTX 760 would run over $200 or an R9 270x will run about $190.

Probably worth spend a bit more for g3258 + h97/z97 mobo for its upgrade ability in future.
