Need help on Cooling cpu which one to get

what the diffence in

one is water cooler and the other is liquid cooler does it make any difference
and if so which one would get ?
also the water cooler one does the water evaporate sooner or later ?

They're both independent liquid coolers. They're the same design, just different manufacturers.

but one says water and the other liquid so it would,nt evaporate would it

No water cooling system actually uses water. It's a coolant liquid like the engine coolant in your car.

one more question if you can tell me

i have a 4u case it has 6 fans including the powersupply fans
2, 80 mm fan in the middle of the case
2, 80 mm fans at the back to blow air out
1, fan on the side of the case to blow air out

if i put one of these cpu coolers can i take out all 5 fans or would it be better to leave 1 or 2 in to move air around

You'll still want some air to circulate on the RAM and video card.
