Need help picking a laptop

First, I am sorry, I am sure you get lots of these. I am in a bind. My brother usually helps me figure computer stuff out, but he is going through a very difficult time and I can't ask him to help.

I am a photographer and need a new computer, I hope to spend about $1000 but can go up to $1500ish

I will be using it mostly for photo-editing (PS4, Lightroom 2) and small business administration. I shoot RAW, so my files are quite large (of course I store my files and take them off my computer fairly often, but I still need it to be able to handle having many large files open and editing).

I want to use docking stations, one in my office and one in my home, so advice on that would be really appreciated also.

I want a 3 year warranty

I usually use Dells, but its because I got them through work before, I am not married to them. But as exciting as Macbooks are, I just don't have time to relearn anything in PS4 or how my comp works at all. So I am only interested in PCs.

Any help is greatly appreciated. I need to get switched before Christmas, my desktop is on its last legs and I think this busy season is about to kill it.

One more thing, I saw the tablet laptops and was so excited about them. I might spend more if they are great, but wonder if they are too new to be a solid buy. Any thoughts?

Thanks again!
