Need help! Picking out a motherboard

Hello,

I'm looking for a new motherboard since my last one (asrock z77 extreme4) decided to stop working. I have an i5-3570k 3.40 GHz processor, 2 DDR3 RAM cards. I tried doing the research on my own but wasn't sure since I've found out thst my processor has an Ivy bridge but couldn't find anything about motherboard's specs on that since I'm not really experiences with PC's. Btw. Price range would be around 150$. Thank you!
 
The problem you are going to have is that a socket 1155 motherboard is gonna be hard to come by unless you go to ebay or something. The 357k is going on 7 years old as it was released April 2012. You have 2 choices, find a used board on ebay or buy new MB, CPU, and RAM for a slot 1151 motherboard or go with somewhat cheaper AMD Ryzen setup.
