Need help picking out a new motherboard

Hey guys i need help picking out a motherboard the only constraints there is is that it needs have a 775LGA cpu slot and it has to be under $200 bucks NZ.. Thats $150 in american money and $74 in pounds? I think? Anyways so

any help will be appreciated because I have no idea about motherboards.. Thanks
 
Faa thanks for the real quick reply... yeah I did have that mobo running through my mind at the time... I would diffenatly buy it if a had good hardware to make use of all the high technology, Or if i had a boatload of money :D
 
Reneki, thats a great motherboard, but it only has 1 IDE port. If Millsie is trying to use items from an older build, then he will probably need more than that to hook up all his stuff.

Millsie, what cpu are wanting to put in the new motherboard? That will make a lot of difference on what board would be good for you. Do you want SLI?

If your wanting to use the same CPU you have listed on your first post, then that really limits your choices. I would upgrade the cpu and motherboard to one of the newer choices for future upgrade paths.
