Need help planning to bulid a $400-550 computer

I want to bulid a $400-550 computer for playing games like counter strike source and DOD:S on high settings

PS: I have everything but a mouse and speakers and a OS

Ok, thats $594.89 after rebates. A bit over your budget, but worth it. I can still try to get the price down if you want. Let me know. Adding on an OS and mouse and speakers will drive it up more. $560 is a very low budget to work with when you are including the OS. May want to consider spending a bit more.
 
How does that build look?

Seems okay, but Excelstor is the current go-to company for 7200rpm hard drives, and you have 4 times as much RAM as you need (assuming that the operating system is not Vista). Video card is also a bit weak; you might want to go for a 4850.

Yeah i have to agree. But they are a good card.
