Need Help Please!

Every time i start the computer or open software a message pops up:
c:\windows\system32\tayanage.dll is not a valid windows image. please check this against your installation diskette.

how can i fix it?

ugh i scanned 10 times with different antiviruses and nothing came up. thanks anyway.
