need help please.

ok so i was downloading the new driver for my ati gfx card. as soon as i get done with the installation it says to reboot. after the pc shutdown it restarted and no display appeared but the pc turned on. Possible problem is driver or gfx, but i can't do anything to take off the driver since i can't see anything. Please help me if you guys have any possible fixes.
 
So there's no display at all? No bios screen or anything? If you can get the bios then try to get to safe mode for windows by pressing f8 during windows start up, although it doesn't sound like you'll get that far. Try reseating your graphics card would be the first thing I would try. If that doesn't help try your old graphics card, assuming you still have it. Failing that I'd blame your power supply as it's a fairly low quality unit and I've heard nasty things about Raidmax in the past.
 
i have reseated the gpu but i have yet to try the f8 option. but this is my dad's pc and its not the raidmax.
 
Did you hit F8 repeatedly? You could try booting and turn off the PC as Windows loads (use your imagination!). When you restart you may get the Safe Mode screen.
