Need help selecting a new gaming monitor at a reasonable price

Im clueless when coming to monitors. I would like a 24 inch or larger monitor for a decent price. I know they can get pricey though

Asus makes great monitors. I have a 27" from Asus.

For straight gaming, the 144Hz model from Asus gets pretty decent reviews, granted you're limited to 1080p.
