Need help selecting a PSU

Ok, I am re-thinking my choice of PSU. It's a 480W supply with 2 fans a speed controller. Do I really need all the bells & whistles if I'm not gaming or overclocking? I want something that's quiet and at least 450W. An suggestions for a relatively cheap PSU?

read psu101, the wattage doesnt really mean jack. its the ampage on the 12v rail that means the most

EDIT: and the one you selected, has 18v @12A which is very poor. bunchofstuff selected a very good psu

I would also consider something with a dual 12v rail.
