need HELP, think I messed up?

I used KillDisk bootable CD on my IDE slave drive, now windows does not start. I get below error.

“Grub loading stage 1.5
Grub Loading, please wait
Error 5”

And then it just sits there with a blinking curser?

I tried unplugging the slave in case it had any problems and it says the same thing except “error 21” instead

No I don’t have a XP CD, can I try to use KillDisk recovery to get the info back?

It’s my only computer so any help would be great, thanks

EDIT: When I purchased the computer it asked me to make some recovery disks, like 4 or 5 or something, I could try to use those, but will it erase all my data? Or did I really screw up and killdisk already did that? lol

you can use a single win98 disk and boot, or you could use the 6 winxo makes for you. No you wont loose any data.
 
I have windows XP, and I just went and grabbed the recovery CDs that my computer had me make when I purchased it, there are three (3). Sorry that I said I had 5 of them.

Any ways I inserted disk one (1) of the three I have and get some options..

#1 for standard system restore options you will boot into the restore partition or on CD if no restore partition is found.

Or #2 which is saying it will format so I suppose forget that one.

And #3 which is to boot into the OS using the HD..

SO my question is if I pick my first choice #1 your saying I will not lose my data, or do I have no other choice anyways?
