Need help to buy laptop

First of all my budget for buying the laptop is 800$.My specifications are:
15.6" screen
And dedicated graphic card so that it would run fifa 11 next gen PC game.
On the dell site I found this laptop

which costs 830 bucks.
Now I have a doubt whether I have to pay taxes on it.
Please suggest me laptops around 800$ (AMD is fine with me).

I do recommend getting 5650 instead if you play game.
Within your price tag, this Gateway with better spec. However, dell is a better brand for laptop.

Do I have to pay 10% tax on laptop shown on Dell site for 830$?
And yeah i would go for Dell,acer rather than gateway.
Please suggest me some laptop
