Need Help!! trying to delete something off my desktop !

i started downloading the new BF2 update. My connection messed up and i had to start again (I was using firefox to dl) so i did and installed it, but i was left with 2 files. One that downloaded successfully and the one that didn`t. I stored the good one and tried to delete the bad one.

This is the prob. I tried to delete it and it comes up with an error messege,

Ive looked in windows task manager and there is nothing running with the file name.

The name is bf2_v1_12update

Boot into safe mode and try, keep pushing F8 on boot

use unlocker, it usually works great in these cases.

Look at my personal image at the left, press thoes three keyse together then click on the second tab, and close the running programs from there, otherwise restart computer or go to safe mode and delete.

...his last post says he fixed the problem, and his first post says it doesn't come up in task manager...

maybe if you payed attention then ctrl-alt-delete wouldn't be the most important keys in windows to you
