Need help with 0xc000000e error during startup.

It shows every time I start up my laptop.
It says that there is no connection or something related, but when I set the boot option to legacy then the laptop boots completely fine.
But after one or two startups it shows the "The CMOS checksum is invalid and is going to be reset (502)" error.
I really don't know what's wrong.
One time my screen just went blank and showed the same 502 CMOS error when I was using the laptop.
Need Help ASAP!

Either there is a problem with the motherboard or its very possible that the cmos battery is dead.
